This course is ideal for a CEO and their right-hand manager to go through over a 12-week period.

The course duration varies depending on your pace; however, we recommend dedicating at least two to three hours per week. This schedule allows for thorough absorption of the material and application of what you've learned. Subsequently, you can edit the documents as needed to align with your brand. Completion can take a team as little as 12 weeks or up to 4 months.

This course is designed to assist Managers and the CEO, regardless of their skill set. We provide templates that guide you in taking your business to the next level. Your team will need to customize these templates based on your company’s industry specifics. However, the LPC team has eliminated all guesswork, ensuring that your team can maximize efficiency with your time.

The CEO and their manager should start the initial weeks of the course together. Afterwards,  the manager can assume responsibility for viewing all videos, customizing the templates to align with the business, and then regularly meeting with the CEO to discuss high-level items. Together, they can then determine the best way to integrate these tools into the business, guided by La Pausa’s suggestions.

You will receive two 1 hour sessions with Adair for purchasing this course.

We suggest you use this in your first month and third month of taking the course.

The 12 Week Course Breakdown!

Week 1:

• Surveys included for the CEO to self evaluate.
• Surveys included for the CEO to evaluate all of their team members (From Upper Exec team, General Managers Managers, Marketing department, fulfillment team, Sales Associates etc). 
• After the CEO takes the survey and reviews the answers, they will use the Strategic Planning Template to fill out a plan of attack to fix the problems and scale the company effectively. 

Week 2:

• Strategic Planning
• Learn how to create and lead your team in a 6 month strategic planning process. 

Week 3: Branding

• Learn the importance of creating a mission statement and core values, to intertwine into your Employee Manuals, Job Descriptions, and performance reviews

• Then Dive into creating a strong office culture from these strategies.

Week 4: Onboarding

• The team's focus will be on creating an onboarding and training program to keep new hires engaged, quickly looped into the business, building rapport, optimize training, and to help reduce turnover. 
• Assign your manager to go through the videos, review the onboarding templates, and fill in items that make the most sense with the business. 
• The manager will delegate the team accordingly to assist.

Week 5: The Employee Manual

• Creating the perfect Employee manual to hold your team accountable and prevent any team issues
• Use the template provided, brand to your specific business, and take out any policies you may not want to enforce. However, they are all there for you!

Week 6: Offboarding

• Checking into the current status of the previous assigned duties
• Discussing Offboarding employees 
• Delegating your employees accordingly for the project

Week 7: SOPS

• We will dive into the importance of SOPs for your business
• What are the most used SOPS for startups and small businesses
• Then use the SOPs templates provided to get a jump start for your team!

Week 8:Employee Reviews

• Holding your team accountable
• How often you should be evaluating your new hires and your current employees. 
• In Addition, how to set them up for success
• Keep your employees engaged into the business, so they want to grow and scale with you! 
• Surveys provided for General Managers, Operations, and Sales associates.
